  My Life as 'Magically Bree' Here is a personal account of my life currently as a spiritual entrepreneur, artist, mom, and full time student. A lot of people ask me how I handle it all and how my life is behind the scenes, so I am sharing a day in my life! Wake Up - 5am  I usually wake up a little before my alarm, I start my day in gratitude and prayer. If I have any readings to do from the day before I tend to do best early in the early morning; no distractions is always helpful to do divinations because it's very quiet.   Classmate Blog Critique- Mckenna Caudle  The classmate blog that I've decided to critique is Mckenna's, some of the things that I loved about her blog is the aesthetic, cover photos and topics she chose to discuss.  Mckenna and I chose a similar blog template for our blogs, with a large header photo, for her's she opted for this close up architectural photo of what looks like a courthouse or old grand governmental building. This is a great image for our class, so I really thought it looked nice, along side the color choice of beige and gold.  McKenna's cover photos are related to the topic that is posted, my only constructive criticism I have about the cover photos, is the blurry quality of some of the photos, this in my experience comes from using photos too small, so in future work I would suggest searching for larger photos to ensure the photos are high-quality.  One particular post:  The Breaking News post included a gif, or video as it's co...

MoonX App I'm going to critique this application titled MoonX, because I use it daily as a means of keeping myself updated on astrological news, typically most people will not consider astrology as news worthy, unless it's a major astrological event such as an asteroid or a solar eclipse.  Here are a couple news stories about astrological events. Total Solar Eclipse , Rare Type of Eclipse with Star Betelgeuse , and 2024's biggest astronomical events .  So yes, these events are definitely making the news, but did you know that these type of events occur every day, from the moon making it's rounds through the 12 zodiac signs and constellations to retrogrades.  As an astrologer and spiritual entrepreneur, it's very important that I stay current on what's going on in the stars and this app MoonX helps me do this daily.  This app provides users with real-time information on the current moon phase and zodiac sign, along with moon rise and set times.   My Opinion on How we can Help Improve the Mental Health of Students Here in the United States it's no secret that our students need extra Mental Health support, this is apparent of the many instances of school shootings and the bullying problem many schools in our nation are facing.  "Rates of childhood mental health concerns and suicide rose steadily over the past decade, by 2018 suicide has become the second leading cause of death for young people age 10-24" - American Progress  There may be countless reasons why our children's mental health are declining, but in my opinion these are the top reasons for this occurring and ways we as a nation could address these issues: Lack of Mental Health counseling over generations, in short the children are suffering because they are being raised in toxic and unhealthy households, this is something that we are unfortunately passing down to our kids especially in marginalized communities where therapy and counseling is not read...

  My Opinion on SAU Meals  As a student here at SAU since 2021 I have only recently started eating on campus, this year I opted for a Commuter Meal Plan to help save money and time in between my busy schedule. I'm not going to just complain in this post but I do want to share my opinion on SAUs meal options. I'm gonna share the good, the bad, and things that I would like to change about our food options on campus. The Good  The things that I do like about our meal options here at SAU is the variety of options, we have Chic-Fi-La, Tacos for Life, Panda Express, Subway, Starbucks and of course there is the cafe, to some this may not be enough variety but I do think it's enough different types of foods to satisfy my cravings during the week. Personally I go to Chic-fi-la and Subway the most but I do go to the cafe every Wednesday because they serve soul food.  I like that they have Starbucks here and they have a snack bar with various fruits, sandwiches, for a quick bit...

 GTA Fans show excitement for Grand Theft Auto 6  Grand Theft Auto is a popular video game based on stealing cars, wreaking havoc, shootouts and more R-rated content. The first version of the game came out in 1997 and it has been over a decade since a new version has been released. GTA 6 is set to release in 2025 by Rockstar Games, who is also responsible for other popular games like Red Dead Redemption.  Personally I'm not much of a video game player but I knew it had to be a pretty big deal when my brother asks if I had seen the trailer. After watching the trailer I was super impressed with the realistic graphics and characters. It looks like a movie honestly and I think I would actually enjoy playing it for the storyline.  I expect to see and hear a lot more about this game in the next year leading up to it's release in 2025, both good and bad.
